Scarlett Ingrid Johansson, the American actress and model, turns 29 today. Johansson, born in New York, New York, has been acting since the age of nine, when she scored her first major role as Laura Nelson in North (1994). Since then, Scarlet has starred in a slew of films including Lost in Translation (2003),The Prestige (2006), The Avengers (2012), and most recently, Don Jon (2013) and Her (2013).
According to IMDB, we'll be seeing a lot more of Scarlett on the big screen in her upcoming movies Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Lucy, and Chef due out in 2014 as well as reprising her role as Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow in The Avengers: Age of Ultron, which is currently in pre-production.

Scarlett was named "Sexiest Woman Alive" by Esquire, reclaiming her title from 2006 (the only woman ever to win the title twice!). Today, her sexy cover shot for the December issue of Vogue Mexico was released today.
