Jason Derulo recently released his EP Tattoos. The EP featured “Talk Dirty,” “The Other Side” and the hit “Marry Me.” The music video for “Marry Me” has been released and features real life couple Derulo and Jordin Sparks.
The video is a window into their remarkable love story. The video features Sparks looking effortlessly beautiful and some sexy dance moves from Derulo.
As a single, “Marry Me” is one of the most toned down singles off of Tattoos. It features classic Derulo vocals and shows his wide range as an artist. Derulo has created a sound that has a hybrid of both pop and R&B music. His style and music is instantly recognizable.
The music video for “Marry Me” compliments the simplicity of the song and the message behind it. Fans also catch a glimpse of how down to earth both Sparks and Derulo are. In the video they seem like two young adults who are madly in love with each other.
Even though Sparks and Derulo are not engaged in real life, it seems as though that is where the couple is headed: to live happily ever after in musical bliss.
