Is there a conspiracy going on here? No, the people from Down Under are not holding any sort of grudge about the dissolution of marriage between native son Russell Brand and Katy Perry but they are wary of seeds that are included with Katy Perry’s deluxe version of her new album Prism.

According to BBC Perry’s album is being shipped to Australia with the deluxe edition including a bag of seeds, that Perry is encouraging her fans to plant. The Department of Agriculture fears small packets of seeds given away with Prism could pose a risk to the country and are a "bio-security concern".

news.com.au. reports that the packet “contains harmless local Swan River daisy seeds” and that they are native to Western Australia. The effort may be null and void considering fans can still purchase this version from the United States with versions popping up online and being sold on Ebay. News of this though have already reached Australian officials and they may be forced to confiscate these too.

Prism has already debuted at number one in Australia’s album charts while the single “Roar” sits at No. 2, having led the chart for seven weeks, while follow-up “Unconditionally” opens at No. 11.
