During a conference call with analysts this morning, Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer said that the mini major studio is looking for an opportunity to bring The Hunger Games to theme parks.

“We’re excited about those opportunities and we’re pursuing them,” Feltheimer told analysts shortly after the studio released its quarterly earnings report, according to TheWrap. Feltheimer explained that the studio is actively looking for ways to market The Hunger Games, which is based on Suzanne Collins’ novels, beyond the films. He mentioned deals with Subway to promote this month’s Catching Fire and Net-A-Porter to produce fashions based on the films.

Deadline reports that Feltheimer had no further information on the theme park ideas. However, it will likely not involve real fights to the death in an arena.

Of course, a theme park attraction will go along way to put The Hunger Games franchise in the same company as Harry Potter and Avatar. The “Wizarding World of Harry Potter” attraction has been a major boost for Universal Studios Orlando, while Disney is about to open an Avatar-themed area in Orlando. Coincidentally, both franchises are not owned by the studios that run these theme parks, so Lionsgate doesn’t really have to build its own theme park to bring the Hunger Games to life.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lionsgate said that its revenue in the second fiscal quarter was at $498.7 million, down 29 percent from last year at the same time, when the first Hunger Games hit home video.

Catching Fire hits theaters on Nov. 22.
