It is not a question of which stunt Miley Cyrus will do next but a question of when will she do it. The “Wrecking Ball” singer has confirmed that she did smoke a joint during her MTV European Music Awards perfomance. Cyrus thought it would be something funny for her fans.
Cyrus appeared on UK's Capital FM radio station and discussed the fact that she did smoke marijuana on stage. The Hollywood Reporter added that the stunt was not planned. Cyrus had the joint in her bag and decided to bring it on stage. Cyrus also told the radio show that she does not Google herself, so she is unaware of what the media has been saying about her over the top performances.
Cyrus went on to explain that in Europe people appreciated the performance and did not focus on the fact that she lit up a joint on stage. Cyrus decided to lit up because she though her fans would enjoy and go crazy for it.
MTV reported that a day after the performance Cyrus sent out a tweet saying, “Sometimes in life you gotta decide to just not give AF.”
