DISH has a response for growing consumer demand about watching favorite television and movie content on mobile devices. DISH is readying its DISH Anywhere application. This new application, which is set to debut next year, will feature the ability to transfer to both Android and iOS phones.

DISH announced that users with the DISH Anywhere application will be able to transfer their favorite shows for offline viewing to iPhones, Android phones, iPads and other tablets.

DISH Users will be able to watch transferred content without having an Internet connection.

Now, the DISH Anywhere application will be used when connected to the Internet for remote viewing of live TV programs or recorded events and is available on most Internet-connected devices. This new application production will combine the best features of the former applications.

Vivek Khemka, senior vice president, product management at DISH spoke about the launch of the product. Khemka said that by the end of the year, the best of all the current DISH applications will be combined and that all users can embrace the DISH Anywhere application.
