The rapper DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, is in trouble with the law again. The 42-year-old was arrested in South Carolina on various driving related charges.
The incident occurred in front of the Greenville-Spartanburg International airport. He was pulled over by police and, at that point, was found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license. The police also found out that DMX did not have a car tag or insurance on his vehicle. This is not DMX’s first run on with police in South Carolina. This is actually his third arrest in the state in just the last few months. Just this past August, he was arrested for marijuana possession. That arrest happened just two days before he was supposed to be in court for a drunk driving arrest from July.
DMX has a very long arrest record that includes all kinds of charges. He even has served time in prison in the state of Arizona.
