Ringo Starr releases his book, simply titled Photograph, boasting intimate candid shots of quite possibly the most loved band ever, The Beatles, spanning over their entire career.

The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively released 9 of the photos showing the Fab Four vacationing together, a goofy Paul in a hotel room, and Paul and John recording “Hey Bulldog” from Yellow Submarineat Abbey Road Studios in 1968.

Artist Direct reports that Starr released the book in lieu of an autobiography and quoted his reason being “they only want eight years, really, and I did have a life before that and after that. So I thought that this was a better way to do it."

The Photograph book is very limited with only 2,500 copies available and Starr has actually signed every book. The book is only available online through Genesis Publications with a hefty price of 345 English pounds, or $551.79 American dollars. The book contains 250 photographs from Starr, who started photography as a hobby at 17. Starr is also donating all royalties to The Lotus Foundation Thankfully, the book is also available in e-book form on iTunes.
