Country singing sensation Taylor Swift made a trip to Kensington Palace for a party hosted by Prince William on Tuesday night. Swift and rock star Jon Bon Jovi, were at the palace to perform for the Winter Whites gala to help William raise money for his youth homelessness charity, Centrepoint.
According to USA Today , William mingled with the stars and attendees of the party before performances. Duchess Kate stayed at home with their son Prince George during the festivities. James Blunt and Colin Firth also attended the party.
People reports that Swift said that William was “really funny. So cool.” Swift also said “I am so excited. I don’t think I have ever played in a palace before. So it will be really wonderful.” Swift looked beautiful in her ivory and gold off the shoulder chiffon gown, and classic red lips.
William has been active supporter of this charity since September 2005. His mother, Princess Diana was also a patron of the charity.
