45ml Caorunn Gin
125 ml Apple cider
2 dashes Angostura bitters
20ml Lemon juice
2 tsp sugar or simple syrup
Optional: Dash of Port
Heat in a pan until warm and serve in a toddy glass. The perfect winter warmer!
