An eBay post shows an anonymous user tried to profit off of the tragic and untimely death of Paul Walker by trying to sell what is claimed to be pieces of the burned tree bark that he crashed into.

The seller tried to sell six pieces from the tree for $100 a pop before he pulled the entire post due to backlash from fans.

He told TMZ about pulling it from the website, "I would like to apologize to the family, friends, and fans of Paul Walker. At the time I listed the bark for sale, I did not realize the emotional impact it would have."

Meanwhile, a memorial was held for the fallen actor on Sunday, which was organized entirely by fans through social media. The streets Valencia, Calif. were filled with fans mourning the Fast & Furious star.

The site of his death of Hercules Street has become an attraction for fans to pay their respects to the actor.
