One Direction is continuing their success with their latest album Midnight Memories. Memories sold an additional 124, copies bring their total of units sold to 361,000.
The album features the singles "Story of My Life" and "Best Song Ever."
All three albums from One Direction have debuted at number on the music charts; One Direction is the first band to accomplish this since the Monkeys back in 1967.
Music Times added that each One Direction album has previously outsold the prior album.
One Direction shared the charts with Robbie Williams and Lilly Allen. Billboard reported.
Robbie Williams' Swings Both Ways sold an additional 91,000 copies. The special edition of Olly Murs' Right Place, Right Time held at No. 4 on the album charts.
Lily Allen's Somewhere Only We Know, which fell three places to No. 4 on last week's singles charts, climbed three to regain the top spot.
One Direction also had success on TV this week, the band was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live with Paul Rudd as host.
