Plastic road bumps called dots botts seem to be the likely cause of the fiery accident that killed Paul Walker. Experts have visited the accident site and said that cars hitting the plastic bumps at high speeds are likely to hydroplane, causing the driver to lose control.
An unnamed source close to Paul Walke’sr family have told TMZ that the Walker family has hired a group of professional drivers and accident scene reconstruction experts. The group believes that the Porsche hit the plastic road bumps at high speeds above 90 mph which caused the Porsche to hydroplane.
The Newstribe has published a memo (first reported by TMZ) that Porsche sent to dealers in 2004 regarding safety issues with the Carerra GT, which is the type of Porsche Paul Walker was in at the time of his death. In the memo Porsche warns that the Carerra GT cannot even go over speed bumps without their being damage to the car.
