President Obama supported a well-known small business bookstore on Saturday called Washington’s Politics and Prose bookstore.

TheAssociated Press reported that his two daughters: Malia, 15, and Sasha, 12, accompanied him to the bookstore as well.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving is known as “Small Business Saturday.”
Reuters reported that President Obama bought two dozen books and chatted with shoppers in the bookstore located in Northwest Washington.

The president’s purchases range in genre from young kids to fiction to memoirs to sports, and more. A small list of the names of some of the books: Kenneth Oppel’s “Half Brother,” “Collision Low Crossers: A Year Inside the Turbulent World of NFL Football” by Nicholas Dawidoff, “Red Sparrow,” a spy novel by Jason Matthews, and more.

He did not say which books were for him and which ones were gifts, "I've got books for every age group, from 5 to 52."
