The Ataris released their album So Long Astoria almost ten years ago. In celebration of the album's release, The Ataris have announced a full United States tour. The band will play their album that brought their music into the mainstream in it's entirety.

Billboard reported that the tour will include 25 dates arcoss the United States.

So Long Astoria sold over 693,000 copies and also contained the bands largest hit, a cover of Don Henley's "The Boys of Summer." The band peaked at No. 20th on the Hot 100 charts with that single.

After the band released So Long Astoria the members went their separate ways.

Frontman Kristopher Roe was pitched the idea of going on tour for the 10th anniversary and was nervous at first because he had not spoken to his former band mates in a long time but the original band will all be coming back for this upcoming tour, added Stereoboard.
