Two realtors are being accused of delaying the sale of a New Jersey home in order to use the home for their own benefits. The two realtors were caught on film using the home to have “sexual relations.”
The home in question belongs to Richard and Sandra Weiner who put the house up for sale in December 2011. The home was listed at $650,000, above its market value.
The Weiner’s filed a lawsuit against Robert Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan on Dec 6 that the realtors priced the house at a higher market value to keep buyers away from the home so they could use it for their own needs. The former Coldwell Banker realtors had sex in the home at least ten times between Dec 2011 and Jan 2012.
"Lindsay and Phelan, through Lindsay’s illegal and dishonest acts, used the Weiners’ home as their play pad to have sexual relations in the Weiners’ bedroom, among other places in the home," the lawsuit states notes NorthJersey.com.
The two were caught through security cameras that showed Lindsay and Phelan having sex on the master bed. According to NBC New York, the two were caught in January when Mrs. Weiner called the authorities when she saw people inside the house on the video feed. Lindsay claimed the pair were at the home preparing it for an open house.
