Bruce Willis has been cast in the Emmett/Furla Films' futuristic thriller Vice.

According to Deadline, who first reported the casting, the film is being financed by Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films, which most recently produced Peter Berg's Lone Survivor.

Vice is set in the future where androids are used for people to life out their darkest thoughts and fantasies in one upscale resort. At the end of every day all the androids' memories are reset, but one android becomes self-aware after a glitch and seeks revenge after realizing what she has been forced to do.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that Willis has been cast to play the resort's owner. Actress Ambyr Childers will play the android. She has appeared in Ray Donovan and Gangster Squad most recently.

Andre Fabrizio and Jeremy Passmore wrote the script for Vice. No director has been selected yet for the movie. Shooting for the film is scheduled to begin March 15.

Emmett/Furla have worked with Willis before, Deadline notes. The action star recently finished filming for The Prince, directed by Brian A. Miller.
