The acclaimed British stage play The Curious Incident of the Dog in Night-Time, is making its way across the Atlantic. The play, about a teen mathematics savant with an anti-social disorder, will be produced at the Barrymore Theater and will feature an American cast.

The National Theater of Great Britain announced the move on Wednesday, reports The New York Times. In London, the show won a record seven Olivier Awards, with Marianne Elliott winning Best Director and Luke Treadaway winning Best Actor. Simon Stephens also won best new play for his adaptation of the novel, written by Mark Haddon.

Although Elliott is expected to return as director, Treadway will not be back as Christopher. The Curious Incident will get an all-new cast for Broadway with American actors. The National Theater is also going to produce again.

The play was originally performed at the Apollo Theatre in London, which collapsed last month. The production will move to the Gielgud Theatre and re-start on June 24, reports Time Magazine.

“It will be a real wrench to leave that beautiful theater,” National executive director Nick Starr told the Times. “But sadly the closure of the gallery to enable its restoration means that the show no longer works economically there.”
