A teaser poster for the forthcoming Fifty Shades of Grey film was posted online on Friday.
The movie poster is simple and expressed in grey shades as you see the back of Christian Grey, reports the Daily Mail. He wears an upscale suit and has his hands in his pocket.
Grey is shown from behind as he gazes out over the foggy looking Seattle skyline from a high-rise building. The phrase "Mr. Grey will see you now" is spread across the top of the poster. While not much, it will help build some excitement for a movie still over a year away from release.
The release of some official image for the movie might help to overshadow the potential issues that seem to be cropping up between director Sam Taylor-Johnson and author EL James.
Sources are claiming that the two are struggling with creative differences on how close to follow the bestselling novel. "Sam is getting annoyed about the way the script is being handled," a source said. "EL James wants the movie to match the book exactly, but Sam has a different perspective."
The source notes that Taylor-Johnson has been "reminding EL she writes books and she makes movies. This has caused some tension between the two."
Despite the creative struggles, other sources on set say that Jaime Dornan who plays Grey and Dakota Johnson, who plays Anastasia Steele, are getting along well and have a strong chemistry. "The chemistry is there, they genuinely like each other."
