Disney's latest animated featured Frozen, has been winning at the box office week after week and is receiving critical praise for helping Disney bring back it's original animated feature category but now the film has another honor. The Frozen soundtrack is now on the top of the Billboard album charts.

Frozen finally bumped Beyonce's self-titled album out of the top spot. Beyonce had held the top spot for a record three weeks.

Billboard reported that the soundtrack to the movie, which features the voices of Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell, jumped 55% in sales, brining its grand total of sales to 165,000 in the week ending Jan. 5th.

The animated feature has been doing well on the iTunes charts as well, with the recent box office numbers rising once again, it might be why the spike in sales for the soundtrack.

Only three other animated features have ever been able to claim the top spot, including The Lion King, Pocahontas and Jack Johnson's Curious George, USA Today
added.

The second place on the charts went to Eminem with his latest album, MMLP2.
