Future released his remake of Beyonce and Jay-Z's hit, “Drunk in Love,” today via SoundCloud.

The rapper joins various others, including Plies and Rico Love, who have jumped aboard the musical bandwagon and attempted to make the Hip Hop hit unique in their own way.

Even though it is extremely difficult to get Queen Bey's original version out of your head, Future's version provides an interesting alternative for other fans who may not be big fans of Mrs. Carter.

The interesting part about the remake was that he literally remade it! Most remixes usually keep the whole song exactly the same, lyrics and all, but Future had different plans. He showed off his songwriting skills when he changed up Beyonce's lyrics and even tweaked Jay-Z's rap. He even created his own rendezvous story, which added to the originality of his slightly imitated track. Of course he kept the beat, and a few of the lyrics, but he made the song his own. That is something that deserves praise. Kudos to you, Future.

Future, born Nayvadius Wilburn, also tweeted today that he would be releasing the cover art and date for his sophomore album, entitled Honest, next week.
