Music is why there’s a show, but bad fashion is why we watch.

Past Grammys have offered viewers a Little Red Riding Hood Nicki Minaj, a lizard-skinned Florence Welch, and—of course—an egg-enclosed Lady Gaga. Music’s biggest night is always unpredictable, and for every stunning gown, there are at least three eye sores.

At the 2014 Grammys, accessories took on a life of their own. Pharrell William’s oversized Vivienne Westwood hat spawned countless memes and even a Twitter account. The comically tall mounty hat can now join Angelina Jolie’s leg and Miley Cyrus’ tongue in award show infamy.

Some of the night’s biggest winners were big losers when it came to fashion. Lorde and Cyndi Lauper both went for dark ensembles that were too harsh on their porcelain complexions. Despite their fashion blunders, the two singers went home with shiny, new Grammys. Maybe wearing all black leads to Grammy gold.

Nevertheless, the Grammys prove that impressive musical talents do not always translate to an impressive sense of style. Here are the Top 10 Worst Dressed from the 2014 Grammys.

If you saw the red carpet pre-show, then you can attest that the “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” singer’s interview was as incoherent as her look.

2. Shawn Crahan
The Slipknot front man looked absolutely terrifying in a dirty clown mask. The Grammys are no stranger to out there get ups, but this was just nightmarish.

When Arby’s can make jokes about your appearance, you’ve made poor choices somewhere along the way.
