Justin Bieber’s arraignment date is set for Valentine’s Day, February 14 for his DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license charges.

A judge in Miami Dade county set the date on Tuesday, less than a week after his controversial Thursday arrest.

According to People, there’s a chance the 19-year-old “As Long As You Love Me” star won’t attend the arraignment hearing, and that is lawyer will show up and enter a formal plea on his behalf.

Bieber was illegally street racing at the time of his arrest in a rented Lamborghini. Cops say he admitted to drinking , smoking marijuana, taking a prescription medication before he got behind the wheel.

Since then, over 63,000 Americans have signed a petition asking President Obama to deport the pop star back to his home country of Canada. There needs to be at least 100,000 signatures by February 22 for the White House to respond.

Bieber has been relaxing in Panama since this past weekend and skipped the Grammy Awards on Sunday.
