There will now be roaring at the Grammy Awards later this month. Katy Perry has joined the line-up of performers, along with Lorde, Metallica and Lang Lang. Stevie Wonder has been confirmed for Daft Punk’s performance, coming days after rumors spread that the Motown legend would make an appearance.

The Recording Academy announced that Metallica will perform with Lang Lang, the Academy’s Cultural Ambassador to China. Chic’s Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams will also perform with Wonder and Daft Punk. Robin Thicke has been added, along with the group Chicago.

Daft Punk was part of the first wave of performers announced in December, along with Imagine Dragons, Kendrick Lamar, Pink and Nate Ruess. Blake Shelton will also make a special performance with Country legends Merle Haggard, Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson.

The Grammys will cap off a stunning year for new singer Lorde, whose “Royals” lit up the charts in 2013. The track was nominated by Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year and Best Pop Solo Performance and Pure Heroine is up for Best Pop Vocal Album.

The Grammys will be handed out in Los Angeles on Jan. 26, live on CBS.
