Devastated to hear the terrible news of the tragic death of Del Singh. A good friend and colleague. Our thoughts are with his family.

According to BBC News, Singh was an international development specialist managing EU and UN projects in developing countries, including Afghanistan, Libya and Sierra Leone.
The attack was carried out by a Taliban suicide bomber, and two men with guns at a popular Lebanese restaurant in the Wazir Akbar Khan district, which was claim by Taliban militants when they began fighting with the Afghan government, and U.S. forces.
According to the Daily Echo , Singh participated in a 5k run to raise money for Palestinian children, and at the time he said, βAll you hear are these horror stories coming out of Gaza about conflict and terrorist attacks but what people forget is that half of the population there are under the age of 16.β
Along with Singh, another Briton, and 2 American employees at the University of Afghanistan were killed.
