Madonna seems to struggle in posting non-controversial photos of her son Rocco Ritchie, with the latest being a photo that she captioned with "#disn---a."

The 55-year-old singer immediately took the photo down as comments began pouring in, reports New York Daily News. Shortly after taking the picture down, she posted it again with a new caption that wasn't much nicer.

The photo itself is fairly innocuous as it shows her 13-year-old son wearing boxing gear and practicing a swing on a sparring partner. The original caption said, "No one mess with Dirty Soap! Mama said knock you out! #disn---a."

The new caption was a response to the outcry over the first caption, simply stating, "Ok let me start this again. #get off my d--k."

Daily News notes that some felt that the "Material Girl" singer was simply being ignorant and moved on, while some felt that she should apologize for the offensive term.

@kinkaloe wrote on Instagam, "I don't have people policing me because I am not a celebrity with millions of fans all over the world." She added, "This is f--king Madge, she is a legend, people are watching her and WILL comment if she says something ignorant."

Madonna previously stoked controversy a couple weeks back when she posted a photo of Rocco holding a bottle of alcohol in his hand. The singer insisted the picture was just in good fun and that "No one was drinking."
