While making a business call in a Houston, Texas parking lot, Greg Snider was approached by a homeless man asking for change.

Snider gave the man 75 cents and then drove off. Just moments later, he was pulled over on a nearby freeway.

Snider was in complete shock when the officer was so aggressive towards him.

"He's screaming. He's yelling. He's telling me to get out of the car. He's telling me to put my hands on the hood…" "They're like, we saw you downtown. We saw what you did." "I gave a homeless man 75 cents," Snider explained.

According to Yahoo! News, Snider was drug out of his car and handcuffed while being accused of giving drugs to the homeless man.

Snider agreed to letting the officer search his car. KPRC reported that after being handcuffed for an hour, an officer noted that no drugs were found, that it was a misunderstanding, and that Snider was free to go.

Although the officers were laughing at the situation, Snider stated that he did not find anything about it funny. He has filed a complaint with the police Internal Affairs Department.
