Sirgiorgiro Clardy is suing Nike as he feels the shoes should come with a warning label saying the shoes are "dangerous" after he wore a pair of Jordans while kicking in a man's face.
He was wearing the shoes while he was stomping the face of a man who tried to get away with not paying one of Clardy's prostitutes after engaging her services, reports The Oregonian.
Clardy was found guilty of the beating and was sentenced to 100 years in prison and now Clardy wants $100 million from Nike.
According to USA Today, Clardy wants the shoe company to have to also put warning labels on their "potentially dangerous Nike and Jordan merchandise." Clardy handwrote the filed complaint and is representing himself.
The pimp, who was found guilty of beating up the john as well as the 18-year-old prostitute he was forcing to work, says that the shoes have made him mentally suffer and since being found guilty he has tried several times to kill himself.
Clardy also wrote in his complaint that "Do (sic) to the fact that these defendants named in this Tort claim failed to warn of risk or to provide an adequate warning or instruction it has caused personal injury in the likes of mental suffering."
