Soundtrack for ‘Divergent’ will feature Ellie Goulding and Zedd

Ellie Goulding and Zedd will be heard on the new soundtrack to the film, Divergent. Divergent is the film adaptation of the novel by Veronica Roth.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Divergent Director Neil Burger said in a press release, "We started working on the film with songs from Ellie Goulding's album Halcyon and soon found that the texture of her music and the tone of her voice matched perfectly with our film."

Ellie Goulding is a singer/ songwriter best known for her albums, Lights and Halcyon. “Burn,” her Top 20 hit, has been gaining in popularity in recent weeks. Divergent: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is due out on March 11. It will feature the songs “Beating Heart” and “Find You.”

Divergent is a film about Beatrice Prior. The film features Shailene Woodley. Kate Winslet is also in the movie. Vanessa Taylor wrote the screenplay. Neil Burger, known for his work on The Illusionist, directed the film. It is due to be released in theaters on March 21, according to Variety.
