Television celebrities will be using social media to announce nominees for this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards.
The celebrities will be announcing the nominees on a series of videos on Twitter and Facebook. Some of the television stars who will be taking on this responsibility include Fox Sports broadcaster Erin Andrews, Willie and Korie Robertson from Duck Dynasty, Beth Behrs from 2 Broke Girls, and hosts from several talk shows, including CBS This Morning, Entertainment Tonight, The Talk, and The Insider, according to the Associated Press. The announcements will be made on Jan. 29.
The 49th annual ACM Awards will air live on CBS from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on April 6. Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan are returning as hosts of the next year's awards, according to the Huffington Post. Blake Shelton is known for his albums, Red River Blue and Based on a True Story…. He has been nominated for several Grammy awards. Bryan won the ACM's fan-voted entertainer of the year award.
