Fans of the 2000 film Life-Size starring a pre-teen Lindsay Lohan and Tyra Banks are in for a thrill. Banks has confirmed that a sequel is in the works.
Banks said the film likely won’t come out until late this year or next year, but she said the ball is definitely rolling on the project.
"I have a meeting today to go over the script!" she told Digital Spy. "I swear! I don't think it'll be out until probably 2015, but I'm guessing - it could be late 2014 or 2015. But it will be back - Life-Size will be back, better than ever."
She declined to provide any details, saying she’s under contract and can’t spill the beans.
"I can't [tell you anything] unfortunately," she said. "I'm under contract with Disney and I can't talk about it at all, except that it's coming. But it will be very different, very different. Very modern - a modern take."
There’s no word on whether or not Lohan, 27, has any involvement. However, Miley Cyrus was very vocal about her excitement regarding a sequel.
She tweeted several “OMG”’s at Banks, following that up with the movie’s theme song.
