The little girl Amiyah Dallas was found with her aunt in Accomack County after the Amber Alert was issued on Wed.
According to WAVY, Amiyah was last with her aunt Olivia Dallas on Tues. in Orange County and when she was not returned to her mother and the Dallas family was unable to contact Olivia, they reported Amiyah missing.
Amiyah Dallas resides in Orange County. Both Orange County and Accomack County are located in Virginia.
WDBJ7 writes, Olivia Dallas, 22, is currently at the Accomack County Jail with counts of abduction and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
The Amber Alert was sent out at 12:07 p.m. Wed. and cancelled 1 p.m. the same day.
The investigation was handled by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and assisted by the Virginia State Police.
The incident was classified an abduction by officials.
Amiyah Dallas was found safe in Olivia Dallas’s vehicle by state troopers on Route 13 in VA, writes WAVY.
Olivia Dallas has a history of depression and drug use.
Amiyah is with family now.
