Alexandra and the Starlight Band are releasing a new vinyl record for Valentine’s Day. The vinyl features the tracks, “Love Like Fire” and “Love Ain’t Easy.” All the songs were written by Alexandra Lee and Zachary Rogenmoser.

Alexandra Starlight is a singer, songwriter, and performer who got her start in the L.A. punk scene, first performing with Teenacide Records' The Holograms in 2004. After that, she formed a band called The Hollywood Harlots. Alexandra recently finished recording a debut EP at Henson Recording Studios, formerly A&M Records with Grammy-winning producer Bob Cutarella. The music is influenced by soul. According to the band’s website, her latest solo release is Alexandra & the Starlight Band.

Alexandra & The Starlight Band have charted on multiple non-commercial radio stations, reaching as high as #2. She spoke on the panel "Modern Merch" and "Creative Ideas to Maximize Merch Revenue" at SXSW 2013 on the success of the marketing & branding of the vinyl 7".

According to the Huffington Post, Alexandra and her band played at venues like The Hard Rock Café. She will be playing at the Viper Room in West Hollywood on March 6.
