After a messy split from her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, four year ago, Brandi Glanville, a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills star, is now claiming that he is asking her for child support.

Glanville and Cibrian share two sons, Mason, a 10 year old, and his brother, Jake, a 6 year old.

A rep for Cibrian, who is now married to Leanne Rimes, released a statement to US Weekly saying, "There is no truth to the claims that Eddie has not requested child support from Brandi now, nor will he ever request child support from his ex-wife. The notion is preposterous. This is yet another ploy for self-promotion."

Glanville and people close to her are sticking to their guns. A source close to the pair told People that, "Now that Brandi is making money and is successful, Eddie is backtracking on a prior agreement they had regarding child support payments. He's asking for money back from her, over $100,000, saying he overpaid. But he's asking for more than he's paid her in the first place!"

Glanville claimed fame in the second season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, where she is a controversial character. The couple married in 2001, and divorced in 2010 after it was made public that Cibrian was having an affair with Rimes. Rimes and Cibrian married in 2011, after her divorce was final from husband, Dean Sheremet.
