Universal Pictures has announced that the studio is bringing back actress Brittany Snow for the sequel to the surprisingly successful film Pitch Perfect.
According to Deadline, who first reported the news, Snow is set to reprise her role in the sequel after signing with the studio on Friday.
The young actress is currently also involved in the ABC series An American Education, which is an adaptation of the Jack Whitehall created U.K. series Bad Education.
Whitehall is involved in the series, and as the same character as in his U.K. series, but this time he is now teaching in a California school.
Snow will be acting opposite Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson, who are also set to reprise their roles in the sequel, it was reported last week.
Elizabeth Banks, who was heavily involved in Pitch Perfect, is on board to direct the sequel, which will be again based off a screenplay written by Kay Cannon.
Pitch Perfect 2 is being scheduled to hit theaters on May 15, 2015.
