The Cinema Audio Society Awards took place on Saturday night and the big winners of the night including Disney's Frozen and Gravity. The awards took place in downtown Los Angeles at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel and this was the 50th anniversary of the awards.
Alfonso Cuaro's Gravity won for sound mixing in a live-action motion picture, while Disney's Frozen took home the honor of mixing for an animated feature film,Variety reported.
Other winners included HBO's Behind the Candelabra, which won for mixing in a TV movie or mini-series.
Also taking home an award was the highly popular, Game of Thrones for their eposide "The Rain of Castamere" which won for hourlong skein.
ABC's Modern Family also took home an award for the half-hour category.
A very special honor of the evening went to Edward Zwick who was honored with the Filmmaker Award and Andy Nelson was given the Lifetime Achievement award, Deadline reported.
