Guardians of the Galaxy, a new movie from Marvel Studios, is releasing their trailer this week.
Guardians of the Galaxy features Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, and Vin Diesel. It is directed by James Gunn, who is also known for his work in Slither and Super.
According to Indiewire, Pratt said of his Peter Quill/Star-Lord character, “Being stuck in space with no accountability makes for a strange combination of youthful vibrancy and cluelessness in a childlike man. He does some things that most people wouldn't get away with. But part of his arc is being willing to essentially sacrifice himself for the greater good of other people."
The sci-fi characters, their emotions, and their relationships are all part of the film, according to USA Today. The film takes place in a space prison called Kyln. They journey to Knowhere and they engage in battle over the destruction of the galaxy. Other actors in the film include Benicio Del Toro.
The first trailer hits trailers on Friday. The film will open on August 1.
