Dana Giacchetto, a disgraced money manager who worked for Ben Affleck, Leonardo DiCaprio and other A-listers in the 1990s before getting busted for stealing millions from them, is now facing new fraud charges.

Giacchetto did 57 months in prison, starting back in 2001, for stealing up to $10 million from the celebrities he worked for. He took their money so he could pay for his own lavish lifestyle in New York and Hollywood, notes The Los Angeles Times. He must not have learned much, since he’s been charged with a new scheme.

According to The New York Daily News, officials have charged him with wire fraud and access device fraud. He allegedly stole a New Jersey man’s credit card and he racked up $10,405 of purchases.

Giacchetto wasn’t caught until he tried to make a $208.02 on Priceline.com. The victim, who wasn’t identified in the complaint, said that American Express’ fraud protection sent him an email about the purchase. He also contacted one of the companies listed on his bill and found that deliveries were made to someone living in New York City.

Giacchetto, 51, turned himself in at Manhattan Federal Court. His attorney said that he denies the charges.

Some of the other celebrities Giacchetto was accused of stealing from back in 2001 are Ben Stiller, Cameron Diaz, Matt Damon and Tobey Maguire.
