The HBO series, Looking, was renewed for a second season on HBO.
The show features Jonathan Groff as the main character, Patrick. The series follows three friends living in San Francisco. The show creator is Michael Lannan. Producers are Andrew Haigh and Sarah Condon.
Some of the cast members will be returning for an upcoming season. Lauren Weedman, Raul Castillo, and Russell Tovey. According to Variety, Weedman said about the experience of working with the cast, “In every environment, usually there’s always a celebrity who can kind of dominate the whole thing, and these are all guys that are so happy to have this job. They’re so excited about the project itself.”
Actors from the hit show celebrated a premiere at the Paramount Pictures Studio. It was a great start to the first season that began on Jan. 19. According to The Hollywood Reporter, fans of the show have been watching originals, replays, On Demand, HBO Go. At this point, the show has about two million weekly viewers.
