This February, Hershey, Pennsylvania is celebrating its 10th year of Chocolate-Covered February during a month-long, town-wide celebration of all things chocolate. Over the last “sweet” decade, Hershey has hosted events and activities for all ages and tastes.

Festivities kicked off with the decadent Chocolate Dinner Extraordinaire on Friday, January 31. Hershey Lodge commemorates Chocolate-Covered February with Chocolate-Covered Children’s Tea, Complimentary Chef’s Demo, and the Chocolate & Spirits Pairing. Every Saturday and Sunday this February, Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction hosts the charming Hersheypark Chocolate Parade. The Hershey Story, The Museum on Chocolate Avenue offers special Chocolate Lab classes all month.

Families visiting Hershey can also visit “Chocolate Workers Wanted: Experience Factory Life Working for Mr. Hershey, 1905-1925.” The tour takes guests through an interactive exhibit where they will punch a training card, try on replicas of original uniforms and then begin their “shift,” trying out jobs in various original factory departments, which all involved manual labor. Departments include roasting, refining, knock-out, packing and weighing, and order fulfillment.
