Rock 'n' roll band Imagine Dragons now hold the records for the longest Hot 100 run on the Billboard charts with their single, "Radioactive." "Radioactive" now holds the record with logs 77 weeks on the chart.
Billboard reported that Imagine Dragons took the record from Jason Mraz who is now in second place with his single, "I'm Yours."
AWOLNATION's "Sail" is currently tied with Mraz with its 76th week on the Hot 100 charts.
Lead singer of Imagine Dragons Dan Reynolds spoke about the power that this single has had, "It's unbelievable. There are few things more satisfying as an artist than seeing your music have longevity. But, we could never have expected to see one of our songs have legs like this," said Reynolds.
Entertainment Weekly reported that Imagine Dragons will be one of the main headliners at the upcoming iTunes festival which will be taking place for the first time in the United States at SWSX. Dragons will be performing along with Coldplay and Keith Urban.
