Jason Mraz, who is known for singles such as "I'm Yours" and "Geek In The Pink," has just announced that he will be going on an acoustic tour in 2014.

The tour will kick off on Mar. 15 in Santa Cruz, California, Billboard reported.

The venues will be smaller and will allow chances a more intimate setting for hearing his hits and possibly new songs off of his upcoming album. Mraz's fifth studio album is expected to be released later this year.

The tour will include nine shows over two weeks and Raining Jane will be opening for Mraz. The tour will be mostly taking place in California, USA Today added.

Mraz recently teamed up with country star, Hunter Hayes and helped to remix Hayes' single, "Everybody's Got Somebody But Me," which was a major cross over hit on both the pop and country music charts.
