Rap star, Kanye West, will not be facing charges in a recent alleged violent attack.
Recently, West was investigated for a supposedly beating up a teenager in a Beverly Hills chiropractor’s on Jan. 13.
It apparently happened after the 18-year-old victim began using foul language around West’s fiancé, Kim Kardashian and that’s when he punched him. West left the office before cops could show up.
However, according to The LA Times West will not be charged in the case. The district attorney’s office in the case said that no serious injuries were documented at the time of the report.
A civil compromise has been reached between West and the victim after he declined to seek criminal prosecution after the incident.
“Further inquiry by this office resulted in the victim, through his attorney, declining to speak with a member of the district attorney’s office,” authorizes to the case said in a statement. “Prosecution is accordingly declined due to victim unavailability.”
