Kendall Jenner, 18, made her runway model debut in a Ralph Lauren show by wearing a sheer, bra-less look that has many criticizing the young star.
While Kendall Jenner makes the leap from reality television with Keeping Up With The Kardashians to high-fashion runway model, she may find that the career change comes with it's own kind of controversy. The Huffington Post reports that Jenner walked the Ralph Lauren catwalk, her first ever, during the last night of New York Fashion Week. The problem? The barely-legal model wore a completely sheer top with no bra, leaving her breasts on display. Kendall talked to Into The Gloss about her big moment, admitting that she was "a little nervous" but still "really excited", and then saying "It’s my first runway show, so I’ve been practicing. I feel like everybody has their own individual walk, and that’s what makes someone so special."
Who could blame the teen for being nervous? Jenner was made even more unrecognizable by donning a short brown wig, bleached eyebrows, and pale face makeup.
Big sister Khloe Kardashian defended her younger sister against naysayers in a series of tweets:
She's too dope for you 2 understand! Yall would trade places with her in a second! The hate is real! Lol bye haters! #ModelLife #Simple
