Bryan Singer has been breaking news about X-Men constantly through social media. Singer announced that he will be directing Apocalypse but a teaser for the upcoming film will not be featured in the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past .
Empire Magazine released collectable covers for Days of Future Past and they talked with director Singer who took time to dispel rumors around Future Past and Apocalypse. Singer noted that 'Apocalypse' would not be an alien and that there is no chance that any form of alien which possesses Magneto,Metro reported.
Days of Future Past will be released on on May 23, 2014 and features one of the largest assembled casts to date. Days of Future Past stars Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Evan Peters, Sir Ian McKellen, Sir Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman and James McAvoy.
Former director in the X-Men series, Matthew Vaughn, turned down the chance to direct Days of Future Past, Digital Spy added.
"The thing that was exciting about it was bringing all these actors together, but I've worked with great actors and I just thought, 'I've got to do my own thing'," said Vaughn.
