The first ever concert to coincide with the Oscars will be held in Los Angeles. The Oscar’s Celebration of Music will be one of the many events setting the tone for Oscars week leading up to the ceremony on March 2.

According to the Associated Press, Charles Fox, governor of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' music branch said, "We expect to have a full house very quickly because it's really a one-of-a-kind concert. It's never been done before and it's featuring some of the world's best composers."

The concert at UCLA's Royce Hall will feature all five original scores performed by an 80-piece orchestra conducted by each nominated composer. Imagery from the films associated with the music will be displays on a big screen. On the program includes music from John Williams, who holds 48 nominations. Arcade Fire's William Butler and Owen Pallett with Her; 11-time Oscar nominee Thomas Newman with Saving Mr. Banks; Steven Price with Gravity and five-time nominee Alexandre Desplat with Philomena.

The concert will be held on Feb. 27. The 86th Annual Academy Awards will take place on March 2 at the Dolby Theatre, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
