Swedish House Mafia recently walked away from a career that was heating up and taking over the charts. SHM had become one of the largest EDM acts around but the group decided to say goodbye to the fans and their music.
For the fans, the group did create their upcoming film, Leave The World Behind, which tells the story of their sold-out goodbye tour. The film is emotional and shows how devastated fans were to have the group walk away from their career.
The film is going to be shown at the SXSW festival and will be shown in same-day screenings in New York, Los Angeles and in several European cities, Billboard reported.
Radio.com added that the group has been releasing clips from the upcoming film. In a recent clip that appeared online the group is comforting a fan that is overwhelmed when she meets SHM and is in tears over the band breaking up.
The group has promised that fans would get a better insight into why the group walked away from their career along with footage from their tour.
