A Native American man, injured at war, struggles with the effects of his injury in Jimmy P. Labeled as a schizophrenic, a French psychoanalyst believes it’s more than that and tries to bring solace to the man by researching his dreams and consciousness. The one hour and fifty-seven minute drama is based on a true story. It stars Benicio Del Toro and Mathieu Amalric. The unrated film is available in limited theaters.
Zombies are brought back to life in The Returned. In the limited released horror film, the zombie epidemic is halted with a protein medication. When the protein supply runs low and groups protest the drug, the virus that was believed to have been suppressed comes back with a vengence. Even though Valentine’s Day will be over, another love story will be hitting theaters next week. Pompeii is an action packed romance set to the backdrop of the historic eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Another action film debuting in theaters on February 21 is 3 Days to Kill.
