R & B superstar Trey Songz has announced that his upcoming album with be called Trigga and it will be released on June 30.
The Source reports how Songz revealed that his new album will be called Trigga after visiting a group of students at a high school in Baltimore, Maryland. Songz told students at New Era Academy High School about his new album after some students asked him questions about it. Songz made a surprise visit on Wednesday, Feb.12 to the school as part of the Get Schooled program which seeks to inspire students by having artists such as Songz come in and motivate the students. Songz told the students not to waste time trying to be someone else when they can be the person God made them.
Rap Up reports how Songz's Trigga album will be his sixth album. The name Trigga comes from Songz alter ego in which he raps over popular songs by other artists as Trigga. Songz is having a great time working on the album, he says, “I’ma be having fun on the album.” Songz 's last album Chapter V came out in 2012 and became a premiered on the charts at number one.
