Despite Paul Walker’s tragic death, the filming of the seventh Fast & Furious installment will continue and will still include the actor’s appearance.

According to The NY Daily News, CGI and voice effects will be used to preserve the appearance of Paul Walker’s character in the film.

“They have hired four actors with bodies very similar to Paul’s physique and they will be used for movement and as a base,” a source said. “Paul’s face and voice will be used on top using CGI.”

On Nov. 30, Walker died in a tragic car crash. The film was still in the midst of production and was put on break for a while after the 40-year-old actor’s death.

“Before we start filming we are going to have a strong prayer. That will be the start, before we film anything. That's what is needed for us to do 'Fast & Furious 7,'” co-star and friend, Tyrese Gibson, told Too Fab.

Walker played the role of Brian O’Connor in the Fast & Furious series. Universal Pictures feels that fans will be happy with the decision to substitute his appearance.

Since its start in 2001, the franchise has grossed $2.4 billion worldwide.
